VALLETTA, MT – Il-Ministeru responsabbli mir-regolamentazzjoni tas-servizzi finanzjarji ppubblika l-Avviż Legali 188 tal-2026, li jemenda r-regolamenti dwar il-kontroll tal-assi taħt l-Att dwar is-Servizzi ta' Investiment. L-emendi, li daħlu fis-seħħ b'effett mill-10 ta' Lulju 2026, jissostitwixxu d-definizzjoni ta' kustodju b'dik ta' depożitarju. Id-depożitarju issa għandu jkun ikkwalifikat skont ir-regolament 16 tar-regolamenti prinċipali.
