VALLETTA, MT – L-Aġenzija għall-Enerġija u l-Ilma ħabbret it-tnedija ta’ skema ta’ għajnuna finanzjarja (Skema A) għall-intrapriżi li jixtiequ jwettqu stima tar-rendiment tal-enerġija. Din l-iskema, li tifforma parti minn sensiela ta’ notifikazzjonijiet governattivi (Nru. 1057, 1058, u 1059 tal-2026), tipprovdi għotjiet mhux ripagabbli biex tkopri l-ispejjeż ta’ awditu tal-enerġija mwettaq minn professjonist ċertifikat. L-applikazzjonijiet jintlaqgħu mit-8 ta’ Lulju 2026 sal-31 ta’ Diċembru 2029, u l-għajnuna tiġi impenjata sal-31 ta’ Diċembru 2030. L-intrapriżi eliġibbli huma dawk li għandhom konsum medju annwali tal-enerġija fuq it-tliet snin preċedenti li jvarja bejn 0.14 GWh (0.5 TJ) u 2.78 GWh (10 TJ). Il-proċess jeħtieġ l-użu ta’ awditur elenkat fuq is-sit uffiċjali tar-Regolatur għas-Sorsi tal-Enerġija u tal-Ilma (REWS), b’sottomissjoni tar-rapport lill-Aġenzija fi żmien sitt xhur mill-ħruġ ta’ Ittra ta’ Intenzjoni.

L-intrapriżi eliġibbli jistgħu jiksbu rifużjoni tal-ispejjeż għal awditu tal-enerġija, bl-ammont tal-għotja jvarja skont il-konsum annwali tal-enerġija tal-kumpanija. Għal intrapriżi li jikkunsmaw bejn 1.39 GWh (5 TJ) u 2.78 GWh (10 TJ), l-għotja tammonta għal 6,000 EUR. Kumpaniji b’konsum bejn 0.28 GWh (1 TJ) u 1.39 GWh (5 TJ) jistgħu jirċievu 4,000 EUR, filwaqt li dawk b’konsum bejn 0.14 GWh (0.5 TJ) u 0.28 GWh (1 TJ) jistgħu jirċievu 2,500 EUR. Dan l-appoġġ jgħin lill-intrapriżi jidentifikaw opportunitajiet ta’ ffrankar fl-ispejjeż tal-utilità u jtejbu l-effiċjenza operattiva. Il-Kwistjoni

L-intrapriżi għandhom joqogħdu attenti għar-restrizzjonijiet ta’ kumulazzjoni u l-limiti stabbiliti mir-Regolament de minimis. L-ammont totali ta’ għajnuna de minimis mogħtija lil impriża unika ma jistax jaqbeż 300,000 EUR fuq perjodu ta’ tliet snin konsekuttivi. Barra minn hekk, intrapriża li ma tagħmilx parti minn impriża unika tista’ tibbenefika darba biss kull erba’ snin taħt din l-Iskema A.
