ĦAL BALZAN, MT – Fl-1925, il-parruċċani ta' Ħal Balzan ressqu petizzjoni formali lill-Isqof Mauro Caruana biex jawtorizza ċelebrazzjoni solenni taċ-ċentinarju ta' San Valentinu Martri. Il-petizzjoni, miktuba bit-Taljan u ffirmata minn 426 persuna, intbagħtet wara li kienu diġà saru tħejjijiet mill-poplu biex tkun iċċelebrata din il-festa, li tqieset bħala t-tieni patrun tal-lokalità wara l-Lunzjata.
