L-Aġenzija għal Infrastruttura Malta ħarġet avviż uffiċjali biex tlesti l-formazzjoni ta' tliet toroq f'Marsaxlokk, is-Swieqi, u Santa Luċija. L-aġenzija qed tagħti perjodu ta' ħmistax-il jum lil kull persuna obbligata mil-liġi biex twettaq ix-xogħlijiet meħtieġa jew takkwista l-art neċessarja. Jekk dawn l-obbligi ma jitwettqux, l-aġenzija se twettaq ix-xogħol hi stess u titlob il-ħlas mingħand il-partijiet responsabbli. Ix-xogħlijiet se jinkludu restrizzjonijiet fuq it-traffiku u l-ipparkjar matul it-tieni nofs tas-sena 2026.
